Welfare Reform

We are arguably in a period of more significant change to the provision of social welfare in the UK than at any time since the advent of the Welfare State. The changes to benefits, housing, legal aid, health and social care will have a huge impact on many people in Norfolk and the UK. This will inevitably result in changes to the demands on advice agencies and how they meet the needs of their service users.

We aim to keep an up to date list of resources in our Advisor Resources directory to help Norfolk’s advice community understand and respond to these changes.

We also hope to be able to chart some of the impact of those changes as they happen. If you have any information, resources or questions, please do contact us
