Norwich Door to Door - Chief Executive Role
Our charity works to improve the quality of life for children, adults, older people and their carers whose severe mobility problems limit their ability to get out and about in their community. To achieve our aim we offer affordable, accessible mobility buses, providing a door to door service with care and a helping hand.
We seek as our leader, someone with excellent interpersonal ability, high integrity, great communication skills, strong organisational skills, financial astuteness, a good understanding of, and a flair for, management as well as strength of character.
The successful applicant will raise funds, promote and articulate brilliantly the values of the organisation. They will be expected to rise above the challenges of austerity and make a compelling case for our continued development in front of a wide range of audiences. They will nurture our volunteers, inspire our paid staff, listen well and respond to the needs of the whole organisation.
We offer a salary commensurate with the experience and skills of the applicant, in the range of £34,000 to £40,000 and of course, huge job satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent position with some flexibility over the working hours. Closing date 22 April 2016.
