| Breckland District Council | Breckland District Council have Customer Service Centres in Attleborough, Dereham (Head Office), Swaffham, Thetford and Watton. For full addresses and opening hours at each of these, please refer to the website. Opening hours for the telephone advisory service are Monday-Thursday 8.00-6.00 and Fridays 8.00-5.00. | Mancroft Advice Project (MAP) | Map gives advice to young people (11-25) living in Norfolk with drop-in centres in Norwich and Great Yarmouth. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 1.30–5.30 for the Norwich drop-in centre and Monday 1.30-5.30 in Great Yarmouth. At other times you can call. You may be asked to leave a message leaving your name and telephone number so that MAP can call you back. | Norwich & West Norfolk Citizens Advice Bureau | This service is available to those living or working in the greater Norwich area (Norwich City Council, Broadland and South Norfolk District Council areas).
