Opening hours are Monday to Friday 1.30–5.30 for the Norwich drop-in centre and Monday 1.30-5.30 in Great Yarmouth. At other times you can call. You may be asked to leave a message leaving your name and telephone number so that MAP can call you back.

MAP also runs a free counselling and mental health wellbeing advice and support service to young people with counsellors and advisers in Norwich, North Walsham, Kings Lynn and Attleborough.

This is a free, confidential and impartial service targeted at offenders, ex-offenders and their families and/or those aged 16-25. We may not be able to help if you do not fall into one of these categories because of our funding restrictions.
